Title of Position: Assistant General Manager

Job Description: The Assistant General Manager will provide proper direction for the restaurant. The person in this position must oversee daily operations and drive satisfactory results through people development, sales and profit growth. The Assistant General Manager will hire, train and develop staff members, and ensure all staff members understand and display our values, beliefs and lifestyle. This person must be a creative team player who enjoys challenging work, loves to have a fun time and shows true commitment to their career.

Qualifications:

• The Assistant General Manager must have experience managing a QSR
• The Assistant General Manager must have experience with a high volume sales environment
• An Assistant General Manager candidate with new Restaurant opening is preferred
• The Assistant General Manager should be passionate and vibrant
• The Assistant General Managers MUST be able to travel to the South or Midwest for training
