Now Hiring: Apartment Maintenance Technician – Denison, TX (Immediate Start Available!)
Career Strategies is currently seeking an experienced Apartment Maintenance Technician for a full-time position in the Denison, TX area. .
The ideal candidate will be dependable, skilled in a variety of maintenance tasks, and capable of working independently while maintaining a courteous and professional demeanor with residents, vendors, and team members.
Requirements:
Applicants must have previous hands-on experience working in apartment communities or multifamily housing.
Key responsibilities include:
Plumbing : Repair, replacement, or installation of faucets, pipes, toilets, hot water heaters, garbage disposals, dishwashers, and washing machines.
Electrical : Repair and installation of outlets, light fixtures, switches, fans, and climate control systems.
Drywall Repair : Patching holes and preparing surfaces, especially during unit turnovers.
Painting : Performing touch-ups and full repaints between move-outs and move-ins.
Appliance Repair : Diagnosing and servicing appliances such as refrigerators, ovens, washers/dryers, and A/C units.
Groundskeeping : Lawn care, trimming, debris removal, and maintaining clean and safe outdoor common areas.
Cleaning & Housekeeping : Ensuring shared spaces and vacant units are clean and ready for occupancy.
Technicians must have their own tools and be able to follow both oral and written instructions.
