Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician – Snow Hill, MD
Pay: $20–22/hour (DOE)
Schedule: Full-Time, Monday–Friday 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Responsibilities:
Complete work orders (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, appliances)
Handle unit turns and make-readies
Perform preventative maintenance and grounds upkeep
Provide great customer service to residents and staff
Ensure tasks are completed professionally and on time
Requirements:
Apartment or residential maintenance experience preferred
Skilled in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, drywall, appliance repair
Able to lift up to 50 lbs, perform physical work
Valid driver’s license & reliable transportation
Dependable, detail-oriented, and team player
Compensation & Hours:
$20–22 per hour, depending on experience
Monday–Friday, 8 AM–5 PM
