Position Summary

This position supports the National Account Manager in executing regional merchandise strategies for customers by providing insights into product ranges, competitor profiles, and consumer trends. The role involves conducting retail reviews, analyzing sales reports, and collaborating with sourcing teams to identify category gaps and deliver product solutions. Success requires strong analytical skills, effective communication, and the ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote environment.

Key Markets : Homeware, kitchenware, small appliances, toys, kids' products

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze product range architecture for client's customers
• Visit stores to conduct retail range reviews and capture category insights
• Identify merchandise gaps and opportunities by understanding customer strategies, pricing, competitor profiles, and consumer trends
• Build relationships with client's buying teams to acquire product data and insights
• Reporting & Analysis
• Run and analyze sales reports to provide insights and identify sales opportunities
• Support weekly trade meetings via accurate report generation
• Build and maintain Master Data Sheets for customer meetings
• Sample Management & Product Development
• Partner with client's sourcing team to manage sample requirements and product development for regional customers
• Coordinate stakeholders and ensure timely delivery of product samples and specifications

Minimum Requirements

• Education: University or College Degree (preferred)
• Experience: 1–3 years in wholesale, merchandise, product management, or retail buying
• Technical Skills: Strong expertise in Excel and sales report analysis
• Knowledge: Familiarity with wholesale sales functions, product development, sourcing, and operations

Position Scope

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary : $75K - $85K (depending on experience)
