This hybrid role is crucial for unlocking new distribution opportunities, driving category growth, and delivering insights and strategies across our retail partners. Key Responsibilities Provide actionable insights and KPI tracking to support business decisions. Support market entry and deepen penetration in existing categories through data-driven strategies. Manage relationships with insight agencies and retail partners. Drive category growth through product assortment, pricing, promotion, and merchandising. Represent retailer perspectives in internal decision-making and planning. Attend trade shows and customer meetings across the US and Canada. Candidate Requirements Bachelor’s Degree (essential). At least 4 years’ experience in CPG category development. Proficiency in syndicated and retailer-specific data (e.g., Nielsen, Circana). Strong analytical and storytelling skills. Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills. Commercial awareness and strategic thinking. Excellent communication and influencing skills. Willingness to work flexibly across time zones and travel as needed.
