Duties and Responsibilities: Assist the MC&G PEO with the ability to provide cost estimating (analogous, parametric, bottoms up, etc.) for the MC&G SOC/ICBD and create spreadsheets and pivot tables that facilitate the cost estimation of a system of systems within the IT organization. Assist the MC&G PEO with the gathering and compiling of data required for cost estimating. Manage the overall MC&G PEO development and updating of an ICBD cost estimate. Coordinate data gathering and cost estimation between MC&G PEO and other organizations to ensure a comprehensive cost estimate is completed. Maintain awareness of MC&G Mission Domain-related programs, project, pilots and initiatives, and evaluate the impacts thereof to the ICBD. Produce and manage ICBD artifacts and specifications as required by the MC&G PEO. Support additional cost estimation outside of the MC&G PEO ICBD. Support the execution and monitoring of MC&G PEO programs and budget. Coordinate with other NGA organizations creating ICBDs and organizations receiving the NGA ICBDs to standardize the MC&G PEO ICBD. Brief internal and external to MC&G PEO. Required: Active TS/SCI clearance 2 years of experience working with the National System for Geospatial Intelligence (NSG) community and its functions, with tasks to include understanding management processes and communication across all levels of the organizational hierarchy. 2 years of experience deploying and managing systems / services within Amazon Web Services. 2 years of experience identifying and documenting cloud requirements and coordinating with cloud providers to address those requirements. 2 years of experience in implementing, configuring, and/or managing cloud development pipelines and automated deployment processes. Desired: Experience working with other IC cloud environments provided by Microsoft, Google, Oracle and IBM. Experience working with DevSecOps tools (e.g. CHEF, SONAR Cube, puppet, Jenkins, Kubernetes/Docker, etc.) Experience working in a classified cloud environment.
