Position Overview : We are seeking a motivated and skilled Salesforce Data / IAM / Sharing Architect (Level I) with 3-5 years of experience to support enterprise Salesforce architecture efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce data modeling, identity and access management (IAM), and sharing rules. You will help ensure data security and integrity across complex Salesforce implementations by designing and enforcing robust data sharing and access frameworks. Key Responsibilities :
Design and implement Salesforce data models, including custom objects and relationships. Define and manage field-level security, org-wide defaults, sharing rules, and role hierarchies. Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements related to data access, security, and visibility. Support identity and access management design, including SSO, user roles, and permission sets. Collaborate with development teams to align data architecture with business and technical requirements. Maintain data integrity, quality, and governance across Salesforce environments. Provide support for compliance and audit activities related to data and user access. Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, features, and best practices.
Required Qualifications :
3-5 years of experience in Salesforce architecture, with a focus on data and IAM. Hands-on experience with Salesforce Sharing & Visibility Designer and Data Architecture & Management Designer certifications (Preferred). Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing mechanisms, and metadata configuration. Knowledge of identity and access management principles and tools. Ability to analyze and troubleshoot access and visibility issues in Salesforce. Must be a U.S. Citizen and able to obtain or already possess an active Secret Clearance.

Salesforce Certified Sharing & Visibility Architect Salesforce Certified Data Architecture & Management Designer Strong understanding of compliance standards (e.g., FedRAMP, FISMA, NIST). Experience working on federal or DoD projects. Familiarity with Salesforce Shield, event monitoring, and audit trail tools.
