What You’ll Do

As the Executive Assistant to our leadership team, you’ll be at the center of it all — keeping operations running smoothly, supporting key executives, and ensuring our fast-moving environment stays efficient and focused. You’ll be trusted with high-level communications, strategic scheduling, and coordination that keeps everyone aligned and one step ahead.

• Manage complex calendars, meetings, and travel arrangements across multiple time zones
• Prepare executive communications, reports, and presentations with accuracy and polish
• Handle confidential information with discretion and sound judgment
• Partner closely with internal teams to ensure priorities are executed seamlessly
• Anticipate needs, identify roadblocks, and proactively find solutions before they become issues
• Support strategic initiatives and special projects that help drive the company’s growth

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience supporting senior executives in dynamic, fast-moving organizations
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills — you know how to make chaos look effortless
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and modern productivity tools
• Confidence working independently while maintaining a team-first mindset
• Professionalism, discretion, and a calm presence under pressure
