About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Service Manager to lead and support our field service team. This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day field operations, ensuring high-quality customer service, maintaining safety and compliance standards, and driving team performance to meet company goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage, schedule, and support a team of field technicians or service personnel across assigned regions.
  • Ensure timely and effective delivery of service, maintenance, and installations.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide coaching and development to field staff.
  • Conduct site visits and field inspections to ensure quality, safety, and customer satisfaction.
  • Coordinate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, sales, customer service) to optimize field operations.
  • Handle escalated customer issues and ensure resolution in a professional and timely manner.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations and company policies.
  • Track inventory and equipment usage and ensure proper maintenance.
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reporting, and service records.
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of new field personnel.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in a field service or operations management role.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Working knowledge of field service management systems or software (preferred). Fullbay knowledge is a plus.
  • Technical knowledge relevant to the industry (e.g., mechanical, electrical)
  • Valid driver’s license and ability to travel as needed.
  • Ability to pass background and drug screening.
