Position Overview:
This is a unique opportunity for someone with a strong background in dealership sales who’s eager to transition into F&I. As an F&I Manager at Stanley Chevrolet, you’ll work closely with customers to secure financing, present protection products, and help deliver a smooth and professional car-buying experience. We’re seeking a driven, customer-focused team member who’s ready to learn, grow, and make an immediate impact.

Responsibilities:

  • Present and explain financing and insurance products in a clear, professional manner.

  • Work with lenders to obtain competitive financing for our customers.

  • Accurately complete all necessary paperwork and compliance documentation.

  • Provide a transparent and supportive experience for customers throughout the F&I process.

  • Stay up to date on finance products, lender programs, and compliance regulations.

  • Collaborate with the sales team to create a seamless transition from sale to finance.

  • Maintain a high closing ratio while ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of successful experience in automotive sales, with a strong desire to grow into an F&I role.

  • Excellent communication, sales, and customer service skills.

  • Self-motivated, goal-driven, and eager to learn new skills.

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.

  • A team player with a positive attitude and commitment to professionalism.

  • Familiarity with automotive finance processes is a plus, but not required—we will train the right candidate.

Compensation:
Base salary plus commission, with first-year earning potential between $85,000 to $110,000+. Top performers can grow into $130,000+ annually. Compensation will grow with experience and results.
