The Phillip Charles Group has been servicing the local metro Detroit area for the past 30 years and has built incredibly strong partnerships with our clients, candidates and employees. We have worked with our current client for the past 15 years and they are looking for a Hi Lo Driver for a possible Contract to Hire opportunity in their Taylor Mi. location.

 
Job Responsibilities:

• Operating lift truck and forklift
• Transport materials within the plant.
• Packaging, loading, and unloading materials.
• Identifying and reporting damaged materials.
• Loading and unloading trucks.
• Assisting with inventory.
• Maintaining and cleaning equipment.
• Performing general shop tasks.
• Performing other duties as assigned.

Hours: 3:00 pm to 11:00 pm
Pay will be $20 an hour

• Learn new skills efficiently.
• Follow directions and rules diligently.
• Safely and effectively operate machinery.
• Visually identify damaged materials.
• Collaborate with employees and management.
• Communicate effectively, both written and orally, with colleagues and management.
• Continuously improve operations, decrease turnaround times, streamline work processes, and provide quality customer service.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, prioritizing duties and multi-tasking
