A global financial firm is seeking a Junior Banker Assistant to provide administrative support to 25+ Junior Bankers (Analyst, Associate, and Junior VP levels). This role is ideal for candidates with a customer service or administrative background who can handle high-volume workloads with efficiency and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule meetings and conference calls across multiple time zones
• Manage calendars, emails, and phone communications
• Book travel arrangements, including visas and accommodations
• Process expenses and invoices in a timely manner
• Support internal teams with day-to-day administrative tasks

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Excellent communication skills across various platforms
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Proactive, resourceful, and detail-oriented approach
• Team player with a flexible and adaptable mindset
