Job Description
Apartment Maintenance Technician – Houston, TX
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at a busy apartment community in Houston, TX. The ideal candidate will be HVAC certified and have strong knowledge of apartment maintenance and repair.
Key Requirements:
HVAC Certification required (must be comfortable servicing rooftop A/C units)
Experience in apartment/community maintenance preferred
Ability to troubleshoot and repair electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and appliance issues
Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Strong communication and customer service skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Responsibilities:
Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on all property systems, equipment, and appliances
Service and maintain rooftop HVAC units safely and effectively
Respond promptly to service requests and resolve resident concerns
Ensure property grounds and common areas remain clean and safe
Assist with unit turns and make-ready process
Schedule & Pay:
Full-time position
Competitive pay based on experience
Benefits available after probationary period
