We are a fast growing indoor and outdoor kitchen appliance company located in City of Industry, that is looking for a highly organized and detail oriented Marketing Assistant. We are looking for someone that is comfortable working in a fast paced work environment and has highly developed communication skills. The job requires close attention to detail, and someone who is extremely organized and can multitask.

Under the direct supervision of Office Manager, the Marketing Assistant is responsible for providing support to manager with various tasks and projects. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: oversee CS team, Shipping team and Warehouse team.

The required skills that we are looking for Marketing Assistant are

• Fully functional within all phases of US export/import ocean/air shipment documentation.
• Oversee the CS team to develop and provide excellent customer service.
• Involved in staffing quarterly and annual review. Work with team to set objects and goals.
• Handle and process all import documents. Communicate and coordinate with origin offices.
• Ensure strict compliance Company Policies and regulations.
• Manage claims and lead to solution
• Attention to detail, deadline-oriented, time management, and team player.
• Understanding of US Customs
• Good customer relation skills.
• Good verbal and business writing communication skills. PC literate, word, excel, etc.
• Fluency in English /Chinese mandatory
• Proven ability to communicate effectively with clients and vendors.
• Understand worldwide trade routes, and well connected with local carriers and vendors.
• Must work well in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment, and good at dealing with constant change

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $50, $67,063.38 per year
