RK Logistics Group is seeking a talented and experienced Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for revamping our website, enhancing our online presence, creating marketing materials, and managing all our publications. This role involves developing and executing marketing strategies, analyzing market trends, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness and growth.

Key Responsibilities and Duties:

• Lead the redesign and optimization of our company website to improve user experience and engagement
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance our online presence, including social media management, SEO, and content marketing
• Oversee the creation, editing, and distribution of all company publications, including newsletters, press releases, and marketing materials
• Produce and manage various types of content such as blog posts, web pages, landing pages, and email newsletters
• Plan and execute email campaigns, social media campaigns, and sales materials
• Develop executive thought leadership pieces, case studies, white papers, and presentations
• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth
• Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives and provide insights for improvement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather product information and insights
• Exceptionally organized and skilled at managing multiple marketing projects, ensuring effective communication and timely execution of campaigns
• Flexibility to travel as needed to support marketing initiatives and collaborate with teams

Abilities:

• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative marketing strategies
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
• Strong ability to analyze data and derive actionable insights

Qualifications and Skills needed:

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in the B2B sector
• Strong knowledge of SEO, social media management, and content marketing
• Proficiency in marketing analytics tools
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
