Hours & Pay

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Pay Range: $75,000–$85,000/year (based on experience)

Employment Type: Direct Hire

Key Responsibilities:

As a Master Scheduler, you’ll be the backbone of production planning, ensuring resources align with demand and nothing falls through the cracks. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Master Scheduling & Planning
  • Coordination & Communication
  • Inventory & Capacity Management
  • Performance Monitoring & Improvement

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, Business, or related field (preferred)
  • 3–5 years of experience in production planning, scheduling, or supply chain management
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP systems—NetSuite required
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and comfort with data analysis
  • Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
  • Certifications such as APICS CPIM or CSCP (preferred)
  • Experience in lean manufacturing is a plus
