About the Role:
Join South Jersey Heat and Cool as a Part-Time Outbound Telemarketer focused on Commercial HVAC Maintenance! Be part of a dynamic team that connects businesses with top-notch HVAC solutions while enjoying a flexible work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct outbound calls to potential commercial clients to promote HVAC maintenance services.
• Engage with businesses to identify their HVAC needs and schedule appointments.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Follow up with leads to nurture relationships and convert inquiries into sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and address client questions or concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective outreach strategies.
• Stay updated on HVAC industry trends and service offerings to enhance conversations.
• Meet or exceed weekly call and appointment-setting goals.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Prior telemarketing experience (sales to B2B experienced )
• Excellent communication skills with a persuasive and friendly demeanor.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with HVAC systems and maintenance services is a plus - training is provided
• Proficient in using CRM software along with computer applications.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to handle rejection and maintain a positive attitude.
• TEAM WORK IS A MUST
