We are seeking a Robotics Paint Engineer to join the team in our San Antonio factory; a 1M sq. ft production facility producing class 6 – 8 and EV commercial trucks. This is a hands-on, high-impact role focused on programming Fanuc robots , integrating them into production lines, and driving improvements in paint application efficiency, quality, and reliability.
We’re especially interested in candidates with experience using Paint Pro , piggable systems , automation technologies , and Allen Bradley PLCs .

The successful candidate will program and optimize robotic systems, including Fanuc robots, for various paint applications, ensuring seamless integration with existing production lines. You will conduct testing and validation of these systems to ensure performance meets quality and safety standards. Troubleshooting and debugging robotic systems to identify and resolve technical issues is a key part of the role, aimed at minimizing downtime and maximizing productivity.
