Were now expanding into high-rise and rope access cleaning, and were looking for the right person to help us get there.

About the Role
This position is primarily a ground-level power washing role on commercial and residential buildings in the Birmingham area. However, were specifically hiring someone with rope access experience who can:

• Safely handle occasional high-rise jobs
• Advise and guide us in building a rope access program
• Help train and lead as we grow this service nationwide

Youll be a key part of our day-to-day crew but also the person we trust when its time to go vertical.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform power washing from ground level using professional-grade equipment
• Occasionally clean high-rise surfaces (power washing and/or window cleaning) using rope access techniques
• Maintain and inspect rope and rigging gear
• Ensure compliance with rope access safety standards and site-specific requirements
• Help train teammates on rope safety as needed
• Provide input on gear, procedures, and scaling rope access services

Qualifications

• Rope access experience required (IRATA or SPRAT Level 1+ preferred)
• Comfortable working at heights with proper safety practices
• Prior power washing or exterior cleaning experience strongly preferred
• Physically fit and able to work outdoors in all weather
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• Willingness to do ground-level work most of the time
