Job Description

Hiring Lead Salesforce DevOps Engineer with Copado - NO REMOTE, Irving, TX- 3 days in office.

12+ years experience Salesforce, DevOps and Copado , at least 3 yrs of US onsite experience

• Actively manage and configure our Copado platform to ensure it is operational and meets our needs.
• Engage in collaborative problem-solving to meet technical challenges, roadmap future solutions, and continuously raise the bar for Salesforce and Copado excellence.
• Work closely with the development team to facilitate the promotion of code changes, using Copado's capabilities to automate and streamline processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and translate them into effective DevOps solutions within Copado.
• CI/CD: Hands-on experience setting up and managing CI/CD pipelines for Salesforce using tools like Copado, Gearset, Flosum, or Autorabit.
• Experience with version control systems like Git and understanding of branching and merging strategies.
• Experience managing multiple Salesforce environments and sandboxes, including data seeding and data masking.
• Proven track record of managing Salesforce releases, including metadata and data migrations.
• Experience working in Agile development environments and participating in Agile ceremonies.
• Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator, Copado Fundamentals 1&2
• Strong Analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment, high attention to detail and accuracy, and adaptability to change.
