Closing Date: Until flled Hours: 15 hours per week. Schedule is 10:30 a.m. to 1:30 p.m., Monday through Friday when school is in session for students. It is a 180-day work schedule each school year. Start Date: Immediate opening. Salary and Benefits: In accordance with the paraprofessional bargaining unit contract. Starting pay rate is $17.00/hour. Ideal Candidate Will Possess: High School diploma Experience working with young children Sensitivity to the needs of young children Responsibilities: Supervising students (Grade 1 - Grade 5) for safety and appropriate behavior on the playground and/or in a classroom setting for indoor recess Helping students resolve minor conflicts with their peers Observing student behavior Consistently circulating the playground area (or classroom) to observe student interaction Applications will only be accepted online at the District's Web site: .
