Job Title: School Substitute & Paraprofessional (Behavior Support)
Location: California
Pay: $25 per hour
Type: W2 Contracted Position
We are currently hiring School Paraprofessionals and Behavioral Support Staff for the 20242025 school year. There are both substitute openings and full-time positions (30 hours/week) available. This is a great opportunity to support students in reaching their academic and social goals in a collaborative school setting.
Position Highlights:
W2 contracted role with weekly pay

Full-time positions (30 hours/week) open as well
Competitive pay at $25/hour
Responsibilities:
Provide classroom and 1:1 support to students
Assist with implementing behavioral and academic plans
Collaborate with teachers and staff to maintain a positive learning environment
Support students in achieving independence and social-emotional growth
Qualifications:
1+ year of experience working with children in a school, childcare, or behavioral support setting preferred
Strong communication and teamwork skills
Reliability and flexibility to support classroom needs
