We are seeking a Senior Project Manager – Water/Wastewater to lead critical infrastructure projects that impact local communities. In this role, you’ll guide multidisciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and deliver high-quality outcomes across the full project lifecycle from design through construction.

• Manage projects in alignment with scope, schedule, and budget.
• Develop and implement project-specific plans, schedules, and risk management strategies.
• Oversee subconsultants and multidisciplinary project teams.
• Monitor and drive project progress, preparing reports, proposals, and presentations.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure project quality and satisfaction.
• Participate in financial status meetings and review invoices.
• Provide mentorship, performance management, and professional development to team members.
• Assist with business development, including proposal preparation and client presentations.

• Bachelor’s degree in civil, mechanical, environmental, or chemical engineering (ABET-accredited).
• Registered Professional Engineer (P.E.).
• 10+ years of experience in water/wastewater projects.
• Proven success in delivering projects from design through construction services.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

• CAPM or PMP certification.
• Experience with local county and state-level clients.
• Background in multiple delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3).
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams.
