Your starting point will be continuous development of recently released products as a part of the R&D organization, and with the long-term plan to transition towards innovation.
You will join the Firmware team consisting of highly skilled engineers and you will collaborate closely with colleagues with different specialist backgrounds operating on various technologies such as microprocessors, soft cores, FPGA and SoC in an agile environment.
You can relate to our innovation culture and deployment within R&D: learn fast, fail fast, monetize fast. Relationship building is close to your heart as well as developing internal and external partnerships.
Your key responsibilities \n - Full lifecycle involvement in design, implementation, and validation of embedded C/C++ firmware for UPS Systems, Power Electronics and related secure power technologies
\n - Adopt in-house best practice for code integrity and design validation
\n - Ensure that the integrity of the system and firmware architecture is maintained throughout the lifecycle of the product
\n - Cross functional collaboration to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality firmware releases
\n
You need the following qualifications and experience for this role \n - Proficiency in C/C++ for embedded systems
\n - Knowledge of digital control systems
\n - Experience or knowledge in communication protocols, signal processing, and/or tool chains
\n - Experience with embedded Linux, GIT, VHDL, Python, or FPGA is advantageous
\n - Previous involvement in the development of innovative and groundbreaking digital products is also advantageous

EDUCATION - Bachelor's (Master's a plus) degree in computer science, electrical/electronic engineering, or equivalent
\n
SKILLS \n - Excellent communication, interpersonal and collaboration
\n - Capability to grow in a multicultural environment is key
\n - Proficiency in English
\n - Structured and organized way of work
\n

EXPERIENCE \n - Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
\n - Experience from domain of power conversion is a plus
\n
\n
TRAVEL - Position doesn't include frequent travel
