LHH is partnering with a construction company in Seattle, WA to help them hire a Systems Specialist. The ideal candidate is a hands-on IT professional who thrives on solving problems, improving systems, and supporting a fast-paced, design-driven team. This person will be comfortable managing hardware, troubleshooting Wi-Fi, and rolling out new software. They also need to think strategically—connecting systems across the business and recommending tools that improve efficiency. They'll be confident in platforms like Salesforce, Google Workspace, and other SaaS tools, and know how to make tech work for people, not the other way around.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as the internal Salesforce super user

• Administer Google Workspace and lead file migration from Dropbox

• Support rollout and adoption of tools like Dialpad and other SaaS platforms

• Manage software licenses for compliance and cost control

• Maintain laptops, monitors, printers, and other equipment

• Troubleshoot Wi-Fi and ensure reliable connectivity

• Track IT inventory and manage hardware lifecycle

• Identify opportunities to streamline workflows

• Recommend new tools and automations

• Create IT policies and documentation

• Onboard new employees with hardware and software

• Provide training and ongoing support

• Be a friendly, approachable resource for tech help

What You Bring:

• 4–7 years of IT systems experience

• 3+ years of Salesforce & Google workspace administration experience

• Familiarity with large scale data migrations

• Hands-on hardware and networking knowledge

• Ability to manage software licenses and vendor relationships

• Excellent troubleshooting and communication skills

• Organized, proactive, and able to juggle multiple priorities

Pay Details: $95,000.00 to $120,000.00 per year
