Job Description: We seek a motivated and enthusiastic Telemarketer/Dialer/Opener to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a passion for sales, and the ability to generate leads and set appointments for our sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients using our dialer system.
Introduce our precious metals products and services to potential clients.
Qualify leads and gather relevant information to pass on to the sales team.
Schedule appointments for the sales team to discuss investment opportunities with potential clients.
Maintain accurate and detailed records of calls and client interactions in our CRM system.
Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and appointment targets.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in telemarketing, sales, or customer service is preferred.
Strong verbal communication skills and an ability to build rapport quickly.
Self-motivated with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems.
Interest or experience in the precious metals industry is a plus.
Must be able to qualify leads effectively.
