Victory Studios needs a quality video equipment rentals manager who also can act as a crew member/producer on production shoots. Experience with video cameras, sound, lighting and grip equipment is essential. He or she would be responsible for managing the video equipment (listed online at click on Rentals and Catalog to see the inventory). He or she would manage our two production studios/stages, dressing rooms, prop room, kitchen, control room etc. He or she would be responsible to paint the cyc walls in the two studios when necessary, and also manage the two production vehicles and the hi-lift used in the studios.

We are looking for a person who is on time, a stickler for details, and prides themselves in keeping the equipment in top shape, neat, clean and organized to a fault.

If the individual has experience working on freelance crews, they will be allowed to take outside freelance work up to 5 weekdays a month. No more than that will work.

When he/she works on crews put together by Victory Studios, the pay will increase to $35 an hour and possibly more if the project allows.

We are not looking for an entry-level individual. Experience with complex video production gear is essential. It is critical that the individual lives close to Victory Studios so he/she can react to off hours requests for service, etc.

Video producing skills would be helpful because we get requests for that service, and this position could fill that need when it occurs. The pay level would be adjusted accordingly.

This is a job which gives the applicant the chance to connect with the Northwest production community and to hone production skills.

Health insurance after 3 months (company pays 75% of premium). 7 paid holidays. 2 weeks(10 days) annual paid vacation which accumulates upon hiring at the rate of .833 days per month.
