You can register after this deadline, but walk-ins and deadline missers registering after the 21st will pay an extra $25 and will possibly not get the shirt size desired. How much is it and what do I get?

$125 for a single vehicle and driver.

  • Entry into the Melee Eve kickoff Soiree with a band, beer, and food truck (food purchase on you) on Saturday evening, August 5th.
  • Road Loot includes Melee T-Shirt, Sticker(s), and directions.
  • Entry to drive/ride in the 6th Annual RI Mini Melee Vintage Car Rally.
  • Catered awards banquet and trophy presentations at the finish at the Pumphouse in Wakefield (Food's included, buy drinks at the bar).

$150 for a driver + co-driver, and vehicle (plus everything above).

$25 for co-driver registration (includes everything above).

$20 per extra shirt.

Disclaimer and Refund Policy

If it rains, we will have the RI Mini Melee on Aug 19th & 20th. We will make every effort to maintain the same experience, but sometimes shit happens and we need to pivot. If the rain date is rained out too, that's it. No make up date.

Refunds

There are no refunds. Sorry, but at least you do get to keep the Road loot. We incur substantial upfront, and non refundable costs ourselves. This is the way of the game. If there is some crazy thing that happens to you directly, then we can try work something out. If its a lame excuse, then we will suggest you pound sand in a really kind and compassionate way. Just so you know, there is also a big risk for us if not enough people show up to cover costs. The rally happens and we gotta pony up regardless.
