Job Description Requisition ID: 106623 The Clinical Research Coordinator Associate is responsible for managing and implementing multiple research protocols at Stanford Hospital and Clinics. They will work as part of a clinical trials team, reporting to Principal Investigators, and ensure compliance with all regulations. Responsibilities include preparing study documents for IRB submissions, recruiting and consenting subjects, collecting and managing data, and ensuring patient safety and protocol adherence. Duties include: Serving as the primary contact for research participants, sponsors, and regulatory bodies. Determining eligibility, obtaining consent, and developing recruitment strategies. Managing study specimens, data, and documentation, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Monitoring study budgets and expenditures. Interacting with investigators to ensure safety and protocol adherence. Education & Experience (required): Two-year college degree and two years related experience or a Bachelors degree in a related field. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (required): Strong interpersonal skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of medical terminology. Certifications & Licenses: Certification from Society of Clinical Research Associates or Association of Clinical Research Professionals is preferred. Physical Requirements: Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 40 pounds; occasional evening/weekend hours. Work Conditions: Occasional evening and weekend hours.
